Kotono Mitsuishi

Kotono Mitsuishi ist eine japanische Synchronsprecherin und Erzählerin aus Toda in der Präfektur Saitama. Sie war bei Arts Vision und Lasley Arrow unter Vertrag. Als Kind lebte Mitsuishi in Nagareyama in der Präfektur Chiba. 1986 schloss Mitsuishi die High School ab und trat in die Katsuta Voice Actor's Academy ein. 1988 gab Mitsuishi mit der Rolle der Tomoyo in der OVA Ace wo Nerae! 2 ihr Debüt als Synchronsprecherin. Mit ihrer Rolle als Usagi Tsukino wurde sie 1992, als Sailor Moon startete, schlagartig bekannt, und ihre Popularität stieg erneut mit ihrer Rolle als Misato Katsuragi in der Animeserie Neon Genesis Evangelion sowie als Murrue Ramius in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED (2002) und Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny (2004).
